These terms govern your use of MatchLine ("the app") on iOS and Android. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

MatchLine lets you follow sports teams and see their upcoming and recent fixtures. Fixture and team data is supplied by a third-party provider (API-Sports) and may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate — we don't guarantee its accuracy or availability.

MatchLine Pro subscription

MatchLine may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription ("MatchLine Pro") that unlocks additional features. If offered:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All billing is handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies, not ours.

Who can use MatchLine

You must be at least 13 years old to use MatchLine, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this one. The live match chat in particular is not for children. If you are under the required age, please don't use the app.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app in a way that disrupts its operation or attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the underlying service.

Live match chat and community rules

MatchLine's live match chat is for talking about the match. By sending messages you agree to these rules:

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks — against other users, players, referees, or anyone else.
• No spam, advertising, betting tips, or repeated flooding of the chat.
• No sharing of anyone's personal information, including your own.
• Nicknames must follow the same rules as messages.

Messages are filtered automatically and can be reported by other users. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, mute, or ban users who violate these rules — temporarily or permanently. Chat messages are ephemeral and are deleted when a match's room closes; reported messages are retained for moderation as described in the Privacy Policy. You can report any message and block any user from within the chat; blocking hides that user's messages on your device.

Intellectual property

The app's design and code belong to us. Team names, logos, and fixture data belong to their respective owners and providers, and are shown for informational purposes only.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms over time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
